4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We offer worldwide shipping, and signature confirmation is required on all deliveries. This protects both the customer and Arizona Drip Store.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.

International customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information at checkout.

Arizona Drip Store is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered with signature confirmation, Arizona Drip Store is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.

7. Sales, Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of authenticated goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item received is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Any issues must be reported promptly with clear evidence for review.
